FAQ and Policies

What is your return policy?

I strive to make the highest quality pieces I possibly can! Because of this, all sales are final.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the handmade nature of the pieces I am unable to accept refunds. Multiple photos (Videos are mostly uploaded in my Social Media Accounts - Instagram @madewithlovebycm, Tik Tok @madewithlovebycm, and Facebook @madewithlovebycm) are shown for each product to provide the best possible view of what the product will look like in real life. Therefore, all sales are final.

Do you accept custom orders?

Sometimes! It depends on my workload and if I have the materials necessary to create the piece you are in search of. It's always good to ask! You can do so by DM or email me at madewithlovebycm333@gmail.com.

My piece arrived damaged, what can I do?

  • I will do what I can to make it right. I tend to package my pieces very carefully, however, some elements are out of my control once the carrier has them, but I will do what I can to fix the issue.

  • Contact me within 24 hours of receiving your piece and send me some photos. You can contact me on my social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and Email - madewithlovebycm333@gmail.com) I will respond within 24-48 hours and I will guide you on the next steps that should be taken.

  • Please try to be understanding and if an issue shall arise please approach me respectfully. I will not tolerate any kind of abuse, I am a human being and I have the right to be treated as you would like to be treated. Sometimes a little bit of glue can fix the issue. If the piece is severely damaged to where it cannot be repaired I will gladly remake the piece (provided that I have the materials required to remake the piece) at no extra cost to you.

Do you have another shop?

I do! You can find my creations on Mercari! @madewithlovebycm. I also sell pieces on my Facebook page. Those pieces are Facebook Exclusives and tend to be lower in price and do not include shipping costs in the price. You can always visit my Facebook page and see what is available. To purchase a piece you can go to the piece's photo (Unless it exclusively says "SOLD" in the caption) and you can comment "Sold" and I will send you a DM to gather your contact information and calculate what the shipping cost will be.

Do you deliver in person?

Yes! Within a 10-15 mile radius. Delivery includes a $5 charge and can be scheduled after payment has been received.

Why are your pieces so expensive?

My time is worth something. Not only am I covering the costs of the materials used and overhead charges, I am also covering the cost of the time I have put in. I pour so much of myself into every piece and most of the time I have to fight my body to finish one piece as I suffer from Fibromyalgia and hand pains due to trauma to my hands. I love every piece I create and I wouldn’t sell you something I would not buy myself. Sometimes, if I create a piece in less of time and I feel like it can be sold at a lower price, I will and those pieces will be sold exclusively on my Facebook page.

Can resin pieces be customized?

YES! I have various colors of paints, alcohol inks, glitters, mica powders and more. If you have an idea in mind and do not see it here or on my Facebook page you can always DM me or send me an email and ask. I always keep a good stock on resin and I have various molds so it is easier for me to replicate a piece.
